Con Amore Guest House

Con Amore was once a retired Victorian gentleman's residence and town house, which is very well situated for those who wish to stay and holiday in Penzance, or who would like to tour the surrounding countryside and various attractions. Con Amore is situated opposite the entrance to the very attractive sub-tropical Morrab gardens which makes it a very pleasant walk to get to the town centre which is only 5 minutes away.

For your eating out, be it a snack, a cosy meal in a small pub or a fine restaurant you are only a few minutes walk from a large variety of different eating places. The promenade is only 100 metres away and with it a beautiful panoramic view over the whole of Mounts Bay. If you are traveling by train or by bus, then the terminals for both of these is only 15 minutes walk away.

By Car:

Leave A30 at the Tesco Roundabout on Eastern Green as you approach Penzance.

Use the left lane signed for Penzance Town Centre, onto the B3311.

Enter Penzance and turn left at the traffic lights into Station Road.

Continue past the Rail and Bus Station, onto Wharf Road.

Go over Ross Bridge and continue onto the Promenade. Follow the promenade until you reach the Queens Hotel and then right into Morrab Road. Con Amore is the first Guest House on the left-hand side, just after the zebra crossing.

By Train or Coach:

Con Amore is about fifteen minutes walk from the railway and coach station. .On leaving the Rail or Bus Station, turn onto Wharf Road, past a large car park. Go over Ross Bridge and continue onto the Promenade, past the Bathing Pool. Follow the promenade until you reach the Queens Hotel and then right into Morrab Road. Con Amore is the first Guest House on the left-hand side, just after the zebra crossing. However taxis are available from both the coach and rail stations.
